Energy workshop

On Wednesday last 8th May Natasha from Dublin City Council came to the school and gave an energy workshop to all classes. Natasha spoke about the importance of the 3 R's; reduce, reuse and recycle. She showed us many items that had been made using recycled materials, many of which she bought in the Ballymun Rediscovery Centre https://www.rediscoverycentre.ie/ she urged all bargain hunters to visit the centre!

Natasha, originally from Australia spoke about how they go to great lengths in Australia to conserve water, even trying to keep their showers under 4 minutes!
