Green Schools Energy Challenge
The Green Schools Energy Committee is busy trying to help us reduce energy consumption in our school.
Our bills have more than doubled since last year, maybe yours have too?
You can help reduce energy at home and help us achieve our Green Energy Flag by participating in our Energy Challenge.
The Challenge:
Take meter readings over the course of 2 weeks using the template provided.
Week 1 will begin this Thursday 22nd November. We would like you to continue to use energy as normal next week to record normal energy consumption.
Week 2 begins on Thursday 26th November. We would like you to make a big effort to reduce energy during this week.
We will then calculate how much you have reduced your energy consumption by.
We will display a photo of your daughter(s) on our Energy Savers display board and they will each receive a certificate to acknowledge the efforts you made to reduce your energy consumption at home.
