Shoebox Appeal 2016

The girls in Sixth Class along with other classes throughout the school have been very busy over the last number of weeks. During class one day during a discussion they expressed their interest in completing the Shoebox Appeal. This is a great idea where you are asked to fill a shoebox full of different items and this is then sent to different countries and given to children who may not receive a gift this christmas.
There has been a lot of wrapping of the boxes and debates of what to place in the boxes but all I can say is that each and every boy and girl who receive a box will be in for a nice treat!
